Salem native and professional cyclist Omer Kem will bring his years of and training expertise to the program as director sportif (coach), leading practices each week during the season that will focus on fundamental skills, basic strategies and training progress. Starting in late March / early April, the junior team will have access to additional training rides lead by Capitol Velo team members
